Mad River Glen Ski Area
With one of the only two single chairlifts left in the world, MRG is where you will find some of the best skiing in the North East!

Waitsfield
Waitsfield boasts two of the greatest ski mountains in the NorthEast, Mad River Glen and Sugarbush. It is also home to some of the best tacos this side of the boarder, at The Mad Taco! If the kids are with you, check out All Things Bright and Beautiful (the Bear Store), a house where every room is filled with stuffed animals to delight the child in all of us! Stroll the beautiful covered bridge over the mighty Mad River and visit the farmers market on the green. Top it off with a visit to Lawson’s Finest Liquids, for a pint of their finest!

Stowe
The town of Stowe has it all, hiking, biking, shopping, restaurants and nightlife! Pair that with beautiful surroundings, a world-class ski area & resort, and you have year-round perfection!

Burlington
A beautiful city overlooking Lake Champlain, home to UVM and Burton Snowboards, Burlington is about an hour and a half drive, and worth every second! When you get there, have a beer at Foam Brewery on the water, then grab a bite at American Flatbread Pizza, or try some of the best Chinese food you have ever tasted at a Single Pebble (we recommend the mock eel and one of their amazing soups!). Looking for a snack that can’t be beat? Try one (or 6!) of Hong’s Dumplings. For fancier fare, try Hen of the Wood.

Shelburne Farm
Breath-taking views, cheese, baked goods, restaurants and an in on lake Champlain with the the mountains in the background, you may feel as though you stubbled upon a villa on Lake Como in Italy.Take the scenic tour up route 7 in the summer!
